Historic Home Structural Repair
Restored the building’s structural integrity by repairing the water-damaged floor system and rebuilding the rear foundation wall, three decks, and two roofs.

Roof leaks allowed water to seep through the porch roof and into the floor system below, causing wood rot and gradually weakening the structure. Years of water damage also deteriorated the rear foundation wall, making extensive repairs necessary.
Our team was hired to repair the damaged floor system and rebuild the rear foundation wall, three decks, and two roofs. Working from the ground up, we installed temporary supports to hold the home in place while deteriorated sections were removed and rebuilt.
From stopping leaks at the roof to restoring the floors and foundation below, this project addresses both the source of the water damage and its structural impact. These repairs will help protect the home from further deterioration while preserving its historic character for years to come.
