A dilapidated rooftop deck rebuilt over a new TPO roof, with new decking, railings and vertical balusters in place of the old lattice.
Starting with a new TPO roof underneath, we transformed this once dilapidated deck into a rooftop haven. New wood decking and new railings, replace the old lattice with clean, vertical balusters. The fresh lumber and wide rail caps give the deck a brighter, more open appearance while preserving the cozy feel that made this spot special.
